The Qmess GmbH Qmess GmbH is a measuring technology service company with the main focus on commissioned measurement. It is our aim to support the quality management of our customers with regard to measurement equipment or by reducing capacity peaks on site. The customer, the respective measuring task and the project deadline are paramount during the planning and execution of our orders. The measuring task is defined in cooperation with our customers. After carrying out the task, we support you in the interpretation of the measurement results. Qmess GmbH currently employs around 10 people, six of whom are measurement technicians. The qualifications of our team range from technicians and master machine builders to skilled workers. Our employees have experience in the most diverse types of coordinate measuring machines. Our nearly inexhaustible pool of reliable part-time staff gives us the necessary flexibility to react to extensive series tests that have to be carried out at short notice. The machine park includes 8 tactile 3-D coordinate measuring machines, two optical coordinate measuring machines and a multisensor machine. These measuring machines are supplemented by a contour graph, two surface measuring instruments and a variety of hand-held measuring equipment. This equipment enables us to carry out measuring tasks in their entirety. The buildings where the machines are located are air-conditioned. The site was completed in 1999 and expanded in 2004. Since 2006, we have been accredited as a test laboratory in accordance with DIN ISO EN/IEC 17025. Constant dialogue with our customers and suppliers enables us to adapt both our machinery and our level of training to the requirements of the market. Since 2017, we offered our customers the possibility of providing the measurement fixtures and gauges required for testing their components from conception and design through to production from a single source.
